HOW TO LOGIN:
You should have received a welcome email with a login and password into the virtual event platform when you first registered. Use this information to log in to the virtual event and view your attendee dashboard. If you didn’t receive this information, please email susan.burt@paceassociation.org. If you forgot your password, click “forgot password” under the log in screen.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR SESSIONS:
In the top navigation bar, choose Agenda. Then, choose the day and scroll through the sessions.

TIP: Avoid having to click NEXT at the end of the list by choosing ALL under Show Records at the top left.

YOUR ATTENDEE DASHBOARD
After you have logged in to the event site, click on My Dashboard in the upper right corner.

From here, you can access all your personal attendee info including:

  • Agenda: One-click link to the main agenda page
  • Speakers: Learn more about session speakers; includes a search function
  • Calendar: Your personal event calendar shows the sessions you have registered for with links to access them.
  • Gamification: See the info at right
  • FAQ: You can come back to this page directly from your dashboard.

GAMIFICATION HOW TO
Your Attendee Dashboard includes a gamified tile with event KPIs that include social activity, post views, booth views, registered sessions, social media ambassador level and referrals. Gamification provides a fun way to compete for prizes as well as learn more about a tool that has proven impact in contact centers.

Username = email you used to register for the event
